What’s Jean Claude Van Damme’s origin story? I nabbed him off Craigslist on a whim because he looked floppy, weird, and probably stupid. Key criteria in cat decisions for me.
What’s Jean Claude Van Damme’s breed? Domestic Medium Hair, unless the vet is a liar.
Who feeds the cat? They need… food?
What’s your cat’s theme song? Lux Aeterna, Gyorgy Ligeti.
What is the last book your cat fell asleep on?
That would be my Kindle. He was learning about music mathematics.
What is the last incredible thing you witnessed your cat do?Â
He pissed on me while I was sleeping, then kicked the piss in my face. And escaped. He also steals my cell phone.
Has your cat ever murdered anything?
Several spiders, with encouragement. He once escaped the apartment to venture through East Vancouver for 11 hours and came back smelling like eight bushels of skunk, so who knows what else has died by his hand.
What does your cat get up to on Sunday mornings when half of your peer group is hungover?
Cleaning up and making waffles.
Just kidding… The real answer is: ear-splitting wails.
