Sky Ferreira played the Biltmore Cabaret in Vancouver on April 5, 2013, while touring North America with How to Dress Well.
The 20-year-old Los Angeles singer is best known for “Everything Is Embarrassing,” from her 2012 Ghost EP. The song, co-written with Dev Hynes and Ariel Rechtshaid, was named a Best New Track by Pitchfork. Ferreira has also worked with producers and songwriters including Cass McCombs, Greg Kurstin and Jon Brion.
Ferreira released her first EP, As If!, in 2011 and is currently working on her full-length debut, tentatively titled I’m Not Alright and expected later this year. She is also set to appear as Kaycee in Eli Roth’s The Green Inferno.
