On Saturday, Dec 8, the Vogue Theatre hosted the 7th Annual Grand Cariboo Opry Christmas. Hosted by Barney Bentall, the Opry’s guests included Dustin Bentall, Ridley Bent, Wendy Bird, Kendel Carson and Matt Masters, among others.

The Opry raises funds for Potluck Cafe Society, which works to transform lives in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. The potluck Cafe Society provides people in the community with stable employment and free, nutritious meals through its cafe and catering business. Over the past six years, the proceeds have helped to create jobs and serve over 40,000 nutritious meals to people living in the downtown eastside.
