Ute Lemper makes a stop at the Chan Centre in Vancouver this Saturday, March 24, as part of her North American tour for her ne album Paris Days, Berlin Nights.
The album features the celebrated German cabaret singer/actor/dancer/composer performing Weimar-era songs by Edith Piaf, Jacques Brel, Hanns Eisler, Astor Piazzolla and Chava Alberstein. The Vogler Quartet and Stefan Malzew accompany Lemper for an evening billed as Berlin Nights/Paris Days: The Art of Chanson.
