Fans of Springsteen, The Replacements, Social Distortion and The Hold Steady will love Lucero.

The hard-touring Memphis band plays the Biltmore Cabaret tonight (Dec 2 2010). 1372 Overton Park, Lucero‘s sixth studio album (and first for a major label), features some great, fist-pumping rockers, including “What Are You Willing to Lose?” (see video, below) and “The Devil and Maggie Chascarillo”, the latter based on the character created by Jaime Hernandez in the alt-comic series Love and Rockets.

This could be one helluva a rock show…
