As of this writing, Beastly – which opens today – is sitting at a comfortable 21% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
But we are confident that this teen updating of Beauty and the Beast is bound to sink lower as more reviews come in, and wouldn’t be surprised if it reached even lower in the double digit range, perhaps even surpassing Just Go With It (18%) and entering the hallowed single-digit approval rating, along with illustrious company Season of the Witch (5%) and Big Mommas: Like Father Like Son (6%).
