The New Jersey-based rock ‘n’ roll band is on tour for its latest album, Get Hurt. It’s the eight-year-old group’s first record since its hit, 2012’s Handwritten. That record “scored top 10 chart debuts in eight countries around the globe,” according to a press release.

Songs include “1,000 Years” and the title track.

Watch – Gaslight Anthem, “Get Hurt”:

The band was introduced to the world in a big way by their 2008 album The ’59 Sound.”

Get Hurt was recorded with Mike Crossey, who is known for his work with Arctic Monkeys, Jake Bugg, and The 1975, among others, and recorded at Nashville’s Blackbird Studios.

The band includes rhythm section Alex Levine and Benny Horowitz, guitarist Alex Rosamila and guitarist/singer Brian Fallon. Guests include Sharon Jones (of Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings), who contributes backing vocals to “Stray Paper”.
