Following an appearance at the 2012 Vancouver Folk Music Festival, Beats Antique returned to Vancouver for a Commodore Ballroom show Wednesday night. The show is part of a tour in support of their latest EP Contraption Vol. 2.

The group blends live electronica and experimental world fusion music and is known for merging modern technology, live instrumentation, brass bands, string quartets, glitch, and dubstep.

Beats Antique includes David Satori and Tommy Cappel, who often work with dancer Zoe Jakes.
