Elohim at the Rio Theatre, Vancouver. The L.A.-based singer is opening for UK producer Eden on a North American tour. The Vancouver show was the first date.
The singer takes her name from a term used frequently in the Hebrew Bible for God and has chosen to keep her secret identity intact. Find out more in this Elohim interview.
The singer released her self-titled debut EP in May via B3SCI Records on limited edition CD and gatefold 12″ vinyl. The A Side / B-Side EP also showcases her visual talents. Each side comes alongside a video “taking viewers on a journey into the visual inspiration behind the EP and immersing them in everything that is Elohim.” The EP’s lead single is “Sensations”.
The classically-trained pianist first turned heads last year with the success of debut singles “She Talks Too Much” and “Xanax”. The former has garnered 1MM+ Spotify streams and Sirius XM Alt Nation support while “Xanax” has received frequent spins on Beats 1 and was coupled with a stirring official video.
The singer has also collaborated with rapper and former Odd Future member Casey Veggies on a track called “All That Gold“.
