Les Savy Fav opening for Handsome Furs at the Rickshaw Theatre.
The New York City indie-rock band is known for the stage presence of lead singer Tim Harrington. The band is signed to Frenchkiss Records, which is owned by the band’s bassist, Syd Butler. The original 1995 line-up all met while attending the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, Rhode Island.
Their most recent release was 2011’s Root for Ruin. They released their first album, 3/5, in 1997.
