We never thought we’d see the day where beloved juvenile humour mag would get down and dirty enough to publish a cover this outrageously risque as this:

The idea satirizes not only Britney’s panty-less, paparazzi-pleasing limo escapades, but also Internet celebrity culture and the penchant of websites like Egotastic! to print nude pics that hide the naughty bits behind various Photoshopped stars etc. (something we’d do if we knew how to use Photoshop).
