The VanDollsVideo Game Burlesque last night (Feb 10) at the Royal Canadian Legion on Commercial Drive was a rip-roaring success. A packed room hooted and hollered for more as the Vancouver burlesque troupe performed routines based on classic old video games such as Metroid, The Legend of Zelda, and Tomb Raider. The Snipe‘s Robyn Hanson took photos of the second half, which ended with a rousing, roof-raising Super Mario routine.
