Captain America: The First Avenger trailer

Captain America: The First Avenger looks to have mostly survived the knee-capping that is director Joe Johnston (The Wolfman, Jurassic Park III – and those are his good movies) by the looks of this trailer. The Super Bowl spot left some feeling apprehensive, but this new theatrical-length clip makes it look at least superior to Thor.
Johnston looks like he might actually pull this off, and that bodes well for the upcoming Joss Whedon Avengers movie. Let’s hope Whedon can turn this momentum into something special.
And I still think Chris Evans is great casting for Cap, even though it seems he and Jon Hamm are the last two American actors with jawlines these days
