K’naan and Bono for Somali famine relief

Last night on CNN, Anderson Cooper interviewed Bono and Somalia-born Canadian musician K’naan. The two singers talked about the famine in Somalia.

The interview follows the introduction of the two musicians in Minneapolis on July 23. Apparently, K’naan had flown to the city (where he once lived) to talk about famine relief efforts with the U2 frontman/ONE charity head, who was performing that night. Bono brought K’naan onstage to sing “Stand By Me”.
