Bill Callahan tours and releases new album
Bill Callahan’s new LP/CD Apocalypse was released on April 5 (Drag City). This release date will ensure that Apocalypse will be available in record stores on Record Store Day (April 16).
Fans can also catch Callahan on a North American tour this summer. Callahan is an American singer-songwriterand guitarist, who has also recorded and performed under the band name Smog. A pioneer of the lo-fi trend in indie-rock, Callahan’s early Smog recordssuch as Julius Caesar (1993) wererecorded directly onto four-track tape recorders.
