k-os on tour for his fifth album, BLack On BLonde, in Vancouver at the Commodore Ballroom Saturday night.

The album features the singles “Dog is Mine” and “NYCE 2 KNOW YA”. BLack on BLonde features a mix of rock tunes, on which the Toronto musician sings and plays drums, guitar and bass, and old-school hip hop jams. It’s his sixth album since releasing his first single, “Musical Essence”, in 1993.

BLack on BLonde also features collaborations with Gym Class Heroes vocalist Travie McCoy, Metric’s Emily Haines, Black Thought (The Roots), Corey Hart (“Sunglasses At Night”), Sam Roberts and Sebastien Grainger (Death from Above 1979).
