Louder Than Love wins the Fox Seeds band competition
Louder Than Love has won the Fox Seeds “Platinum Award”.
The Vancouver band was one of three winners of the annual competition hosted by Vancouver rock radio station CFOX.
The other winners are Head of the Herd and Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. All three bands played the Seeds 2011 launch party last night (Aug 24) at the Commodore Ballroom, along with The Trews. But what the station’s website refers to as the “Fox Vancouver Seeds executive panel” chose Louder Than Love (@LTLband on Twitter) as winners of a Platinum Award, which in the past has included management consultation and recording packages.
