Lullabye Arkestra, recently featured in a Guttersnipe photo gallery by Amber Anne Dawkins, has just released a free EP and announced tour dates. The EP, Heart Like a Wheel, is the follow-up to the debut full-length by the hard-rockin’ Toronto duo of Justin Small (he lights his drum kit on fire!) and Kat Taylor-Small (guitar, hair, sexy tights!).
