Preview – Bittered Sling Bistro Feb 8
Two weeks ago, The Snipe photog Robyn Hanson checked out Bittered Sling Bistro, a twice-monthly food-and-drink event hosted by Kale & Nori’s Lauren Mote and Jonathan Chovancek at the Legacy Liquor Store. Using Flor de cana rum as the main ingredient, mixologist Danielle Tatarin created cocktails to complement Chovencek‘s culinary creations.
This week’s drinks master is the Vancouver Club’s Jonathan Richard, who will work with Zubrowka bison grass vodka. The first cocktail is served at 7 p.m., and tickets are available online through Legacy Liquor Store and are $60 per person (this includes HST and gratuity).
